About us

Graeme is a qualified planner with over 28 years private consultancy experience, working previously as a Director at Stantec, Barton Willmore and Turley. He works for a range of public and private clients specialising in retail, commercial and town centre mixed use developments, as well as strategic residential developments. 



He also provides advice to leading clients in the healthcare sector.

Graeme Warriner

Paul is a chartered town planner with over 30 years of consultancy experience.  He was a former equity partner of Barton Willmore prior to their acquisition by Stantec in 2022 where he subsequently held a Director role. 



Paul acts for a range of private and public sector clients with wide-ranging expertise in major mixed-use, commercial, and regeneration proposals, as well as later living and employment led schemes. He has extensive experience in public inquiries, hearings, and local plan examinations having acted on a number of high-profile schemes.

Paul Newton

Susie is a qualified town planner with over 18 years consultancy experience working for a range of clients within both the public and private sector.  She has a strong consultancy background having previously worked for Stantec, Barton Willmore and Turley, and regularly advises on development proposals covering a wide cross-section of uses including industrial, retail, leisure, residential (including later living) and mixed-use.  



She has a comprehensive understanding of the planning process and is adept at managing muilt-disciplinary project teams.
